the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0):

This license covers ShallowSWE-authored measurements, aggregates, manifests,
and workload definitions. Attribution should identify "ShallowSWE" and
"George Lydakis" and link to https://shallowswe.com/.

Excluded material

This license does not apply to third-party names, trademarks, or source data.
In particular, DeepSWE-derived values in deepswe-comparison.json and provider
pricing snapshots in prices-openrouter-*.json remain subject to their original
sources and applicable terms. No affiliation with or endorsement by DeepSWE,
Datacurve, OpenRouter, model providers, Harbor, or Pier is implied.

The CC BY 4.0 license does not grant trademark, patent, privacy, publicity, or
other rights beyond the rights expressly covered by that license.
